Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available pan India on all orders. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 XXXXXXXXXX if you need to make any changes.
4. Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
5. Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes! A GST invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email for every order. You can also download it from your account dashboard.
Shipping & Delivery
6. How long does delivery take?
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore) — 2 to 4 business days
Tier 2 Cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore) — 3 to 5 business days
Other Areas — 5 to 7 business days
7. Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is absolutely free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge applies.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
9. Do you deliver outside India?
Currently we only deliver within India. We are working on international shipping and will announce it soon!
10. What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please WhatsApp us at +91 7878336122 with your order number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
11. What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, simply WhatsApp us a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
12. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
13. Can I exchange a product?
Yes! You can exchange a product within 7 days of delivery. The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the original item back. Exchange shipping charges may apply.
14. What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
Attar and fragrance products (once opened)
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging

15. Are your products authentic and good quality?
Absolutely! Every product in our store is personally selected and quality checked before it goes live. We work directly with trusted artisans and manufacturers to ensure authenticity and quality.
16. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All our products are packed in beautiful gift-ready packaging. For special gift wrapping with a personalised message, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.
17. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes! We offer special discounts on bulk orders of 50 or more pieces — perfect for Diwali corporate gifts, weddings, and office events. Visit our Corporate Gifting page or WhatsApp us for a custom quote.
18. Can I get a personalised or customised product?
For select products, customisation is available. Please WhatsApp us with your requirements and we will let you know the possibilities and pricing.
